Pastry Chef - Norma de los Santos has over a decade and a half of experience. She is classically trained and began her career working for a Chez Panisse Alum. There she had the opportunity to appreciate seasonal, local ingredients and the pride that comes with fresh-made & from-scratch products. Making treats & dessserts for magazines like Sunset, Gourmet, Vogue, Martha Stewart, O & Travel & Leisure and many high profile clients. She had the fortune of being part of birthday celebrations to presidential events and everything in between, including assisting with the recipe testing the sweets & desserts in Alice Waters' The Art of Simlple Food then later baking cakes for Chez Panisse's 40th Birthday Celebration Party. 7 years later she established VAINILLA baking & catering co.
Chef de Cuisine - Gabriel Sixtos has over 20 years of professional cooking experience. He started his culinary schooling & career in Washington D.C but after 7 years came back home to the Bay Area. There truly is no place like home when it came to delicious, high-quality local produce and ingredients. For 3 years he worked closely with local farmers and produce distributors and became highly knowledgeable in seasonal produce. He infuses his expertise and love of food in every dish he creates. The team catered for the VIP Tailgate at the NFL's Super Bowl 50, film & photo shoots.
